Humidity Sucks!

Darn the South Carolina humidity - it sure gets the best of me sometimes.  Will & I went for a bike ride on Saturday morning and my lungs were so tight.  I could tell the instant I stepped outside that the ride wasn't going to be as enjoyable as others have been, but I pedalled through it!  About half way through the coughing started...I'm sure people thought I was crazy, because I'd be riding and cough, then say "damn this cough!".  I get so frustrated when I cough.  Fortunately, this is the first time its happened - stupid humidity!!  I made it the 12 miles and felt great after I got in the air conditioned truck.  I will not give up!  Humidity or not, I'm riding when I want!

I finally had some Sour Patch Kids!  I waited all day because I was so afraid that I wouldn't be able to stop eating them!  So, I just had one of my small boxes the Easter Bunny brought.  My mouth was raw after eating them - its been so long the sugar just tore it up.  So, moderation in key in intergrating them back into my life :)
